FAQ
What's in the pouch?
1 g of powder in a sealed screw-cap vial, and a quick-start card.
Are these the same ingredients used in commercial skincare?
Yes. Copper Tripeptide-1, Copper Tripeptide-3 and Acetyl Octapeptide-3 are the names you'll find on the ingredient lists of finished serums and creams.
Is this a ready-to-use serum?
No. Dissolve it in distilled water, then add it to your serum, cream or lotion. Directions are on the pouch.
How much does one gram make?
About 800 g of finished product for GHK‑Cu or AHK‑Cu, and about 4 kg for SNAP‑8, at the standard dose.
Why has my copper peptide serum turned purple or brown?
The pH is outside 5–7, it got warm, or it touched vitamin C, EDTA or metal. Make a fresh batch and add the peptide last, below 104°F (40°C).
How should I store it?
Powder: cool, dry and dark. Stock solution: sealed, in the fridge, used within 30 days.
Is every lot tested?
Yes. Enter the lot code from your pouch at velunelabs.com/coa to see its certificate.
How much is shipping?
$5.95, or free over $75. Orders ship within 2 business days and arrive in 3–6.
Can I return an order?
All sales are final. If something arrives damaged or wrong, email support@velunelabs.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace it or refund you.
